You juggle a million roles, mom, partner, professional, caretaker, and wonder if you’ll ever find a moment to just breathe.

You’ve tried the self-help books, the quick-fix diets, and the morning affirmations, but something still feels off. Deep down, you know there’s more to wellness than green juices and checklists, yet every attempt to slow down ends in guilt or frustration.

Here at Rooted Rising, I see you. I know the late-night worries when the baby finally sleeps, the way your body pushes back with insomnia, indigestion, or that sudden headache. I know the ache of feeling trapped in old patterns, even when you want to be fully present for your children, your work, and your own soul.

Emotionally, you carry the weight of past hurts. It shows up as that knot in your chest when your child cries, or the racing heart before a family dinner. You’ve learned to push through, to be “strong,” but your body tells a different story: fatigue, digestive upsets, and that voice whispering, “Not good enough."

Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my services come in. As Master Reiki practitioner, I work with you to restore your balance and find your center. During the treatment, you will be fully clothed, light touch, lying on a treatment table.

Reiki w/special Cacao/Golden Milk Tea Ceremony

 90 minutes

This is my personal recommendation for first time clients!

We will begin with a heart opening ceremony experience a blend of cacao and golden milk tea.

 

This will allow us time to speak and learn more about your personal goals, answer questions, etc.

 

This will lead into our Reiki session. Before we begin, we'll discuss the use of sage, crystals, headphones, etc. during the session.

 

While I don't require it (yet) for the first time appointment, I strongly encourage it
